<p>Other than that said before, the P7ME has fieldbus, serial connections, an interface to view and control the measurement on the CNC screen giving complete integration with the machine controller.</p>
<p><strong>The Benefits:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Real time grinding cycle check without the need for a dedicated unit. Avoids production of reject parts and ensures high quality levels;</li>
<li>Increased machine efficiency (improved operating time relative to down time);</li>
<li>Automatic compensation for wear on the grinding wheel or other tools;</li>
<li>Automatic machine and/or process deviation check;</li>
<li>Measurement insensitive to environmental conditions (coolant pressure and temperature) and to electromagnetic interference generated by machine power devices.</li>

<li>Check of external and internal diameters and lengths during grinding cycle;</li>
<li>Positioning of surfaces to be machined (shoulders, eccentricity, excess material, etc.);</li>

<li>Check of bars and other cylindrical parts during centerless grinding;</li>
<li>Post process control on cutting machines with automatic tool wear compensation.</li>

<p>WRS system is a high precision gauge composed by a probe/transmitter module (WRP) and a receiver/interface one (WRI). WRS can be connected with all CNC during manufacturing cycles, thus transforming the machine tool in a real measure and verification environment.</p>
<p>Data transmitted by the application during touch are instantly elaborated by CNC for identification, positioning and measure of manufacturing part.<br />
The advantage is a reduction of working times and scraps.</p>

<p>MIDA TT probes have excellent spatial isotropy performance combined with a high level of repeatability. This allows accurate 3D measurements of complex surfaces to be optained, typicaly of machining of dies, shells, turbines, etc. on milling machines.</p>
<p>The TT25h probe is a high trigger pressure version of the TT25, allowing the use of complex or heavy-duty styli, particularly when there are high levels of vibration in the machine.</p>
<p>The TT60 probe, with its long overtravel, is suitable for use on large milling and boring machines. The operating range of this probe provides solutions in applications where long styli are required.</p>

<p>The diameter measurement plug guarantees reliability and process productivity improvement by automation of the process itself inclusive of the part measurement and closed loop feedback to the machine tool (compensation of tool wear, improvement of overall machining time and scrap reduction).</p>
<p>Measurements are performed by use of four Marposs measuring cells, each provided with one LVDT transducer.</p>
<p>The diameter measurement plug uses a body with fixed nosepiece. In order to protect it from potential collision due to part mis-positioning or part overstock conditions, the plug requires mounting to rigid recoiling devices.</p>
<p>The diameter measurement plug is provided with cleaning air nozzles in the diameter no.1 section (the air inlet is always at 180¬? with respect to the junction box).</p>
<p>It can be connected to E9066N electronic unit for complex applications or applications for which statistical analysis is required and to E3 family electronic units for simple applications.</p>
<p>Side-by-side assembled on the machine, the gauge plugs can measure bores having minimum center distance of 47 mm.</p>

<p>Mida Laser systems are available in focused or collimated versions. The focused version is essential for checking the cutting profile and measuring the length of tools with spherical heads, engravers or diameters less than 1 mm.</p>

Thanks to the 64 available transmission channels, a very high number of machines equipped with radio frequency spindle probes, can be located even in a small machining area.</p>
<p>The Transmitter, available also in a compact version (E86N-P) suitable for all the applications on small-size machines and turning centers, can be activated and deactivated through a radio signal, allowing to extend the transmitter battery life and to be more user friendly.</p>
<p>The Interface, through two push buttons and one display, allows the programming of the whole system and the visualisation of all settings, of the transmission channel and of the charge level of the transmitter battery.</p>
<p>The receiving Antenna is particularly sturdy and suitable for standing also the harshest machine conditions. A sealed connector fitted between its base and the cable for connection to the interface facilitates its installation and any possible maintenance or replacement intervention.</p>
<p>These features make it very simple to perform all the installation, programming and maintenance operations on the E86N system. Moreover, thanks to the use of innovative technical solutions, the measurement accuracy and repeatability levels of 0.5 micron are guaranteed and other features such as insensitivity to vibrations and sharp accelerations in machine, and protection from chips and jets of coolant were improved.</p>
