<p>Other than that said before, the P7ME has fieldbus, serial connections, an interface to view and control the measurement on the CNC screen giving complete integration with the machine controller.</p>
<p><strong>The Benefits:</strong></p>

<li>Real time grinding cycle check without the need for a dedicated unit. Avoids production of reject parts and ensures high quality levels;</li>
<li>Increased machine efficiency (improved operating time relative to down time);</li>
<li>Automatic compensation for wear on the grinding wheel or other tools;</li>
<li>Automatic machine and/or process deviation check;</li>
<li>Measurement insensitive to environmental conditions (coolant pressure and temperature) and to electromagnetic interference generated by machine power devices.</li>

<li>Post process control on cutting machines with automatic tool wear compensation.</li>

Thanks to the 64 available transmission channels, a very high number of machines equipped with radio frequency spindle probes, can be located even in a small machining area.</p>
<p>The Transmitter, available also in a compact version (E86N-P) suitable for all the applications on small-size machines and turning centers, can be activated and deactivated through a radio signal, allowing to extend the transmitter battery life and to be more user friendly.</p>
<p>The Interface, through two push buttons and one display, allows the programming of the whole system and the visualisation of all settings, of the transmission channel and of the charge level of the transmitter battery.</p>
<p>The receiving Antenna is particularly sturdy and suitable for standing also the harshest machine conditions. A sealed connector fitted between its base and the cable for connection to the interface facilitates its installation and any possible maintenance or replacement intervention.</p>
<p>These features make it very simple to perform all the installation, programming and maintenance operations on the E86N system. Moreover, thanks to the use of innovative technical solutions, the measurement accuracy and repeatability levels of 0.5 micron are guaranteed and other features such as insensitivity to vibrations and sharp accelerations in machine, and protection from chips and jets of coolant were improved.</p>
